FREELANCE STUDIO INSTRUCTORS
Salary Range: £25 PER HOUR
Location: Milton Keynes

About Us
Shenley Leisure Centre was opened in 1991 with a vision and mission to deliver an inclusive range of Health and Wellbeing initiatives to the local community whilst providing a clean, safe, and happy leisure experience.
Shenley Leisure Centre are looking to expand their Studio Timetable and increase their team of Freelance Group Exercise Instructors who are passionate and dedicated to deliver quality classes to their members and guests.
We are also looking to recruit a Part Time Studio Coordinator to take full ownership and management of the studio timetable.

The Role
We are looking for a range of classes for daytime, evenings, and weekends. We want to deliver a diverse programme from intense HIIT style classes to Yoga and classes for our more senior users, such as low impact aerobics.

*Dance Various Style (Zumba, Afrobeat, Afro house, Salsa, Hip Hop, Commercial)
*Yoga
*Pilates
*Legs, Bums & Tums
*HIIT
*LIIT
*Boxercise
*Combat
*Cardio
*Circuits
*Kettlebells
*Strength & Conditioning
*Core/Stretch/Mobility

The main responsibility of the role is to deliver classes to our members and guests in an energetic, enthusiastic, and professional manner whilst creating a world-class member/guest experience! In addition to this you should be able to demonstrate:
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, exercise technique and movement awareness
*Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
*Ensure the very best customer experience

Previous experience working with Group Exercise and Fitness is essential for this role. You will need to demonstrate significant work experience within Group Exercise within the Fitness industry

All instructors must have the relevant qualifications for the classes they are delivering and own insurance in place.
