Are you looking for a varied Accounts Assistant role, within a growing company? Our client is a UK based retail organisation, due to expansion, they have a need for an Accounts Assistant, based at their offices near Beaconsfield.
Main duties to include:
* Manage customer queries in relation to invoices and POD requests
* Process invoices and credits
* Use MS Dynamics and Sage Line 50 to input purchase ledger invoices
* Process expenses
* Credit control
* General office duties
Previous relevant experience:
* Ability to resolves customer queries
* Works confidently with numbers, figures and data
* Able to build solid working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
* Experience within a similar role within a finance or accounts team
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and with good attention to detail
This is an office-based role. Our client offers a safe a Covid safe office environment
