Working from a prestigious new unit in Northampton and run by experienced industry professionals, they are starting with the most iconic cars and making them suitable for the modern world in a truly unique way.
Their focus is on delivering the very best car that they can for their clients and a huge amount of time and attention is being given to mechanical restoration, paint and trim. Under the skin of the cars must be perfect too and this requires all new wiring looms and modern electrical and electronic systems all of which need to be integrated seamlessly and invisibly into the car to create something that is both beautiful and a reliable joy to live with in the long term.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Building full vehicles (old style – new build)
* Building associated sub-assemblies including pedal and steering boxes
* Fitment of all components
* Working with a team of technicians on a range of projects
* Consulting on and resolving build and quality issues as they arise
* Following build quality control processes
* Complying with all safe systems of work processes in an automotive assembly environment
* Opportunity to attend and support automotive events
Experience required:
* Knowledge, understanding and experience as a build technician
* A keen interest in engineering
