Job Title: Helpdesk Support Technician (2nd Line)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Marlow
The successful candidate will have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, experience of supporting Microsoft Windows-based PC hardware and will be able to multitask and work effectively in the fast-paced environment of our client’s European HQ.

In summary, the IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The role of the Helpdesk Support Technician is to provide second line support as part of a team supporting our EMEA region.
The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. The IT Support team work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail and via phone.
