Warehouse Supervisor – Healthcare – Northern Home Counties – Competitive Salary + Bonus

Exceptional international business is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be based from their UK office. This position is a hands-on position, it is responsible for the day to day management of people and operations within the warehouse function, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health & safety and standard operating procedures. Responsibility for housekeeping standards, equipment maintenance, continuous improvement within the warehouse and training and development of warehouse operatives is all part of this important role.
Measurement of strict Key Performance Indicatiors (KPIs) ensure that the operation is delivered to high industry standards by efficient and dedicated personnel
