We are a Healthcare & Recruitment company based in Aylesbury for over 22 yrs. This role is for an proactive, energetic person who has attention to detail and keen to learn and progress. You will be working in a busy office where account team is a part of the service yet function separate.Position is a fulltime position,
The core duties include:
* Answering enquirers of invoice related and pay related issues.
* Ensure fortnightly/monthly payroll data is gathered and reported to the agent.
* Ensure payroll and other payment journals are entered in sage system.
* Checking payments received and reconciling clients’ accounts.
* Help entering supplier invoices
* Bank payment reconciliation
* Recording and monitoring holiday forms
* Reconcile pension accounts
* Year-end account reconciliation and liaising with the accountant
Support other account tasks of the colleague when needed.
To be considered for this role you MUST
* Have experience in Sage 50 min 1 yr.
* Have experience across all aspects of accounts & payroll
* Be highly numerate & literate
* Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Energetic & to do attitude
* Problem solving ability
* Be able to work in a team to resolve enquirers.
· Professional attitude and presentation
