Part of an inspiring and dedicated team that support housing in Milton Keynes, this opportunity is to lead a housing team to ensure the service provided is responsive, effective, caring and safe. Delivering on quality, ensuring all residence are supported through their journey. To maintain an open, transparent, friendly and caring culture that focuses on meeting the needs of residents.

Previous experience of managing a team, able to support, coach each member of the Support staff to ensure that the service provided to residents is exceptional. The support needs to be effective, engaging, solution driven with an emphasis on Focus-Trauma Informed Care approach as a guiding principle. Knowledge of Housing management is advantageous, experience of managing budgets, leading change.

Deliver safeguarding in the workplace, an understanding of complex needs, to include mental-health, psychology or behavioural issues. Manage trends, look at the bigger picture, lead change where necessary. You will be highly organised with great attention to detail. Self motivated, passionate, practical and decisive. Work as part of a team towards a shared goal.
