About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join The Maria Mallaband Care Group team. You will assist service users to enable them to receive the correct support and work towards their aims and goals. As a Physiotherapist at Maria Mallaband you will be a natural educator and strive to share your knowledge and passion, ensuring that care staff and nurses follow plans set out for the rehabilitation of service users.

About You:
You will have held a Physiotherapy role within a healthcare/ care home setting with a proven track record of compliance and a valid Physiotherapy qualification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to handle multiple priorities
The ability to cope with responsibility and pressure
Use knowledge to monitor Service Users, identify specialist training needs/ equipment and share knowledge through demonstration & instruction
Ability to identify issues and ensure that care delivery is effective and to the highest standards
Be able to support Service Users with human functions, movement and help them achieve their full physical potential to promote, maintain and restore wellbeing
Experience of teaching staff the required skills to deliver any care set out by a Physiotherapist will be an advantage
