JCM Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a house builder based in the West London/Slough area on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience working for residential developers as a surveyor. Involvement in land viability is also something my client would like prospective employees to have. This is a hybrid Surveying and land viability role.

Time working for this company will be split between the office and sites. It is essential you have access to your own vehicle.
