A great opportunity arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor based in the High Wycombe area. The company provide solutions to commercial workspaces using innovative design, manufacturing and installation of glazed partitions, doors and fire rated screens. This international award winning contractor work on commercial projects typically ranging anywhere between £150k through to £1M.

The suitable Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have at least a years' post-graduate experience working within a construction specialist.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Attend handover meetings
Review purchase orders
Review scope of works
Prepare tender CVR
Prepare client valuation templates
Raise installation orders with latest scope of works, programme, rates and payment schedule for sign off.
Prepare, submit and agree valuations
Site visits

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Completed and passed BSc in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 1 years working experience in construction industry
Commutable distance to High Wycombe
Competent in the use of Excel
Permitted to work in UK full-time
Expected to travel to sites across the UK when required

Salary £25,000 to £30,000
