This well established property finance brokers are looking to recruit an ambitious Mortgage co-ordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the Director you will be expected to contact brokers, lenders and general insurance provides to get them to join their network. The role will initially predominately will involve making outbound calls.

Key job responsibilities include:

Preparing FCA applications

Assisting in the day to day processing of applications

FCA application processing

The ideal candidate will have a understanding of the mortgage industry and also know the differences between directly authorised, registered individuals and appointed representatives.

They must be self motivated

Strong IT Skills

Have the ability to work under pressure

Fully understand and copliant with FCA requirements and SLA's

Team Player
