An e-commerce retail company specialising in beautiful jewellery for both men and women are currently looking to expand their team for the upcoming Christmas rush. They are looking to employing a despatch Administrator on a perm basis, whose main role will be the management of the stock (goods in and out) and any customer enquiries surrounding that.
Currently most of their business is done through amazon warehouses, so you will only be required to do stock management for up to 2 hours a day. When not looking after the stock, you will be required to help out in any creative field where you can add value in the company. Photography and any photoshop experience would be preferable for the role.
It’s a fulltime position, working Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 with half an hour lunch.
The bulk of the role is working between orders, stock and the website. You will be required to generate and print Royal Mail / UPS labels, pick & pack, and send the orders for the website, Ebay and Amazon. The role will also require you to communicate to customers via email regarding their orders and stock. As a lot of their products are for gifts, some orders would require you to wrap the gifts as presents. You will also be responsible for stock control. This will require you to check in shipments and enter into the stock control system (Veeqo), as well as, updating the website with stock.
Personality is very important for this company, as they are only interested in people that fit into the company personality wise. Good english (written and spoken) is also required as you are dealing with customers over email and occassionaly over the phone. Good computer skills and attention to detail would also go a long way in this role.
This company is rapidly expanding and this role could progress into an operations type role really quickly for the right candidate
