About the Job

Working with our other maintenance personnel, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and where necessary modifying a variety of equipment. You will be required to work on the setting up of processes and machinery and the installation and commissioning of new machinery equipment or infrastructure. You will provide engineering support to production, assist with breakdown production repairs and prioritise maintaining production output to meet the needs of the customers. Shift pattern (4 on 4 off, 2 days followed by 2 nights)

The Ideal Candidate

You will have completed an approved engineering apprenticeship / training course and hold appropriate engineering qualifications for the skills required. Will be competent in a range of technical skills covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and have practical experience within a production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding or blow molding, but this isn't essential. You will be a team player, proactive with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills and be willing to share what you know to assist in the development of other personnel. You will be computer literate and preferably have experience working within a busy high-volume production environment.
