Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Aylesbury / Reading / Marlow / West London

My client is a SME office facilities maintenance service provider with a number of contracts across West London, Reading, Marlow and Aylesbury. They are actively seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an AC / Electrical background.

This business operates on a one team and family approach which includes a generous benefits package of private health care, alongside an honest and open management style.

Duties Include:

* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: Compliance Checks, Split unit checks, FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls), AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Log Books, Fire Alarm Tests, Water Treatment, Lighting, Distribution Boards, Basic Plumbing to name a few.

* Ensure strong communication clients

* Manage workload accordingly

* Organise sub contract labour.

* Carry out quotes for extra works

* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures

Salary & Package

* £38,000.00 Per Annum + Van Fully Expensed

* Monday to Friday – 08:00 till 17:00

* Overtime Available

* 22 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

The Person:

* City & Guilds Level 3 in a Electrical or Air Conditioning discipline

* Competent Mechanical knowledge

* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills

* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
