About you
Have you got a proven track record of field-based B2B business winning and building relationships quickly? Do you know about Business Development/Field-based Account Management, and know about PropTech, or have transferable skills to apply yourself in this sector?
 
Are you also astute at working with high-demanding clients where you’ll be required to not only build rapport quickly, but work with them to achieve their goals and ROI from using the platform?
 
This is also a cold patch, so it’ll take a certain character to build this patch up. This includes door knocking which is an acquired taste.
 
Your role will be split between new business and account management, and as time goes on the role will change from more business winning to account management.

They are a new property portal already making waves. They fall in the PropTech space which is the software used in the estate agency space.
 
With vast funding, and big names behind them, they are already nationwide with a massive team. They are looking for a field-based Account Manager to work the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire patch. They’ll provide you with the tools and training to succeed in the PropTech space if you’re a field-based account manage or BD not from the same sector.
 
The role in a nutshell

You will be a field-based account manager generating new business by targeting multi branch estate agencies across the home counties
Prospect, generate, and win new business
Physically door knock
Convert warm leads to appointments, and then clients
Cultivate relationships and identify pain points
Work with data to guide estate agents to meet their objectives
Be a self-starter and organise and manage your own diary
