I am supporting a local B2B supplier based in Milton Keynes with their search for a Sales Administrator. This role will be providing administrative support to their Sales team as well as ad hoc support to their Marketing team. My client offers a great package in addition to opportunities to progress in the future. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The role:
– Support sales team with Wholesale requests
– Process orders via phone & email
– Create invoices using Sage
– Liaise with the production & logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
– Check data to ensure accurate Customer records
– General administration duties
– Assisting with Marketing activities when required
About you:
– Strong attention to detail
– Proactive, self starter
– IT literate (essential)
– Strong admin experience (essential)
– Knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop, Sage (desirable)
– Previously worked with a CRM or Mailing system (desirable)
