My client are a well- known Residential Developer who are looking for a Customer Care Operative to cover developments in Milton Keynes.

They work on high end Residential Projects so you must be very customer facing. For this Customer Care Operative role you must be very enthusiastic, driven and customer facing.

Your key role will be to carry out remedial works to our new private homes, ensuring all defects are completed within the agreed timeframe. The successful applicant will have both a strong customer focus and be able to represent the Company effectively by ensuring a quality finish to the highest standards.

On a day to day basis- – You will be visiting customer’s properties delivering excellent customer service – Source materials needed to carry out the works and carry out the repairs – Team player – talking to the team with up to date data – They are looking for an all-round maintenance person. House builder experience is a must
