Project Manager / Coordinator

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum, DOE

My prestigious international client is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator to support the development and promotion of value added Customer Service and Business to Business Projects. This is a busy role which would suit someone who enjoys multi tasking and who has project coordination experience.

Responsibilities:

To work as part of Project teams and Projects; achieve objectives within time, budget, schedule and scope
Be a proactive player within international multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of Projects.
Work with Project Management Plans and templates based on Project aims, integrating lessons learned from other Projects
Test Projects with Project teams and all other resources, at an International level
Appropriately apply all Project Management Knowledge Areas using Agile and Waterfall approaches
Support decisions within the approved Projects by aligning stakeholder and business requirements
Escalate decisions needed beyond the Projects management plan to the project sponsor
As indicated in the Role Objective, ability to support in a diverse working environment with a flexible approach is essentialExperience, skills and personal attributes

Excellent communication skills
Team player and the ability to engender the same throughout their relationships
Sound analytical planning and organizational skills
Demonstrative Product management and/or experience in developing and planning
Capacity to promote and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
Effective Time Management
Business Degree or equivalent professional qualification such as Prince or AGILE
Implement suitable measures regarding risks and deviations from plan, develop andtrack mitigation measures

Ability to work on multiple Projects simultaneously
Knowledge of SAP CRM, JIRA DDP and AGILE Project Tools and Methodology
