About the Role:
Due to progression within our close-knit team, we are looking for two experienced, passionate and confident childcare professionals to help us continue delivering first-class early years care with one of the most reputable nurseries in the area. It goes without saying that you love being around children and will have the ambition to make a direct and positive impact on their young lives!
You'll be joining a team of committed and supportive staff who help the children in our care thrive throughout their time with us. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their child-centred career within a superb setting and wonderful team.
What we do at Spring Nurseries
We offer places for children from 2 months to 5 years in an exciting environment where children learn through play. Our Spring Nursery offers outstanding childcare in a vibrant and inclusive environment on the outskirts of Marlow, Buckinghamshire and provides care for onsite military personnel, as well as local families. Each of our three rooms at the nursery provide nurturing and stimulating environments for the various ages. Each room has a garden that has recently been refurbished and gives the children an exciting place to grow, play and learn.

About You
Supervising the children and keep our active, flexible nursery environment safe and suited to their needs
Giving children a wide range of stimulating, safe and well-planned activities
Creating engaging, fun and informative learning opportunities, helping the children make excellent progress and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Building solid relationships with parents / carers, families and professionals involved with the children
Meeting each of the children's individual needs, keeping accurate records and regularly communicating with parents / carers
Having a positive attitude, making every single day count for the children in our care
What You'll Need
A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification e.g. NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
Experience of working in an early years' childcare setting or with children aged 0-5
Full understanding of children's emotional, physical, psychological and educational developmental needs from 0 to 5 years
A positive attitude with an unwavering commitment to service excellence to allow us to maintain our high standards

The salary for this role is between £20,594 and £32,041 depending on experience.
