Operations Manager (Earthworks / Remediation)
£60,000 – £70,000 – Generous Company Benefits Package

Are you an Operations Manager from a site surveying, remediation or aggregates supply background looking for a challenging and autonomous senior role where you will manage major projects across the South East?
On offer is the opportunity to step into a Senior Operations / Projects Management role with a specialist Civil Engineering and Site Surveying team.
In this role you wear several different hats whilst reporting directly to the company Directors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several sites. You will be responsible for the direction of survey teams and contractors and see that projects come within budget and on schedule.
This well-established company specialize in large demolition and site surveying projects. The team are looking to heavily invest in a new team member due to continued growth and expansion within the business.
This role would suit an Operations Manager looking for autonomy and control where you will be the go-to-person with clients on site.
