Legal 200 and 500 practice in Buckinghamshire seeks a dynamic lawyer for their commercial property department on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fabulous opportunity has arisen in this firm for a lawyer who specialises in commercial property to join their team.  The successful candidate will be managing their own caseload of commercial property matters in a timeous fashion.

To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.

Responsibilities

Property developments
Acting for landowners and developers
Site acquisitions for development
Lease terminations and renewals
Drafting leases
Liaising with other property professionals
Building and maintaining key client relationships 

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with between 1 and 6 years’ PQE
Knowledge of social housing would be advantageous
A strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear manner
Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
