Our client, is a public distance Learning & Research University and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit a number of Senior AL Services Assistants to provide first class, customer focused, administration support, to join them asap until 31st July 2022.
This role is paying £11.99 per hour, working 37 hours. This role would be working from home and equipment would be provided, however meetings will be required in the Milton Keynes office occasionally.
The role supports faculty-facing operations with management information, processes and procedures associated with delivering teaching to students and the employment of associate lecturers. It enables delivery of support to the Faculties on successful completion of tuition delivery activities that ensure timely notification of information to students, to agreed schedules and service levels.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for operating create schedule and co-ordinate bulk upload processes for generating and uploading module timetable spreadsheets.
Responsible for administering user system permissions, maintaining system parameters and responding to system issues, queries and troubleshooting.
Responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of services to associate lecturers on issues relating to their employment including supporting ALs with disabilities through reasonable adjustments, processing and coordinating Access to Work equipment requests.
Responsible for the email inbox and responding to requests for information from ALs, AL Services staff and Faculty staff, using a combination of the University's business support systems, as appropriate.
Responsible for maintaining the AL Services intranet pages and employment related pages on TutorHome.
