The successful Marketing Manager will have a natural affinity with all aspects of marketing, understanding the relevance and purpose of all digital marketing channels, with experience developing and running CRM programmes and Social Media campaigns.
You will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can work alongside the existing Creative and Marketing team, as an integral member of the department. Reporting to the CMO and working closely alongside business unit leads, ensuring marketing effectiveness and adherence to budgetary frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Support with Developing the marketing strategy and plan
* Management of the marketing mix
* Understanding current and potential customers
* Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) and making customer focused decisions
* Managing agencies & budgets and measuring success
* Maintaining the company website which includes loading, updating news & monitoring website using analytics.
* Create an ongoing schedule of events
* Create, schedule and manage any email campaigns and combining this with social media communication campaigns.
* Content creation support and managing social media channels.
* Organizing and coordinating the company’s presence at all exhibitions agreed by the partners
* Carry out administration of in-house events from initial contact through sale / event completion and evaluation
