A brand new positon working for a very successful company in MK
This role will be Office Based – Milton Keynes Head Office
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, your job will be to lead change across the Operations and Customer Support functions through identifying and delivering improvements to systems or processes. Working out of our clients head office in Milton Keynes you will have the responsibility of leading projects to improve all functions within the Operations and Customer Service function. Working closely with both internal and external partners, you will design, plan, budget, communicate and implement new process and systems to enhance branch operations, through Continuous Improvement Projects. All activities undertaken should have the customer front of mind, with the goal of delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for the company sustainability policy with the target of carbon footprint reduction and developing the CSR for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement of the MK Operation including Warehouse and Customer Support using Lean Six Sigma principles
Work at a Senior level to define and agree the medium and long-term strategies, aligned to strategic business objectives, for continuous improvement opportunities
Conduct analysis, reporting on the impact of change.
Review and analyse day to day performance and provide effective feedback to improve and drive consistency of operational delivery
Develop a company Sustainability and CSR policy working closely with our Japanese head office. Key targets will be Carbon Footprint Reduction, Recycling and Corporate Social Responsibility.
