Sales Controller £50,000+ OTE PER ANNUM + COMPANY CAR

We are seeking a highly engaged, dynamic and professional Sales Controller to head up this large team of Sales Consultants in this fast paced dealership.

You must be a great people motivator, lead by example and inspire your team to achieve outstanding sales results whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a very ‘hands on’ role working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new & used car sales, finance and add-on’s, customer renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.

Ideally you will previously have held the position of either Business Manager or Sales Controller, and you must have a thorough understanding of finance suppliers and packages plus IT literacy skills.
