PERMANENT HR ADMIN/ADVISOR – MILTON KEYNES – 25-30K

* Would you like a varied role that includes HR generalist duties with an element of payroll?
Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-
* Payroll is outsourced but you would be responsible for accurately inputting payroll information
* Ensure that HR policies and procedures run in line with legislation and current guidelines
* Recruitment and dealing with agencies
* Supporting where needed managers on ER processes and advice
* Preparing offer letters, contracts and general admin tasks
* Have a flexible approach to the business that if you are not needed in HR other admin tasks may be required within the business
* Accurately record and provide HR related information to senior management as and when required
What we need from you:-
* CIPD 3 or equivalent
* Previous HR experience with strong excel skills, ideally with an element of payroll
* Be able to converse with all levels from employees to Directors
* High level of attention to detail
