Revit Technician

Do you have experience with using Revit within the Building Services industry and want to join a rapidly growing company that is going through an exciting period of change including the introduction of new state-of-the-art offices and employee reward schemes?

This company is a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy focused mainly within the UK industrial sector. They are expanding into residential, commercial and leisure sectors and would like a Revit Technician to share in their success and develop their career further within the business.

This role will involve receiving mark-ups from Design Engineers and transferring them into Revit 3D geometry for equipment such as trays, pipes, electrical fixtures and mechanical equipment. You will also be involved in coordinating MEP services and utilising 2D AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will be confident with the use of Revit in the Building Services industry and will be a strong team-player capable of communicating clearly and liaising with all involved parties. They will also need to be proficient with AutoCAD and relevant project software such as Navisworks.

The role:
* Receiving mark-ups from Design Engineers and converting into 3D models with Revit
* Modelling for things such as mechanical equipment, light fixtures and pipework
* Liaising with involved parties and coordinating on the MEP side of things
* Producing 3D BIM models in line with current design practices and procedures
* Utilising other software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD

The person
* Proficient with the use of Revit within the Building Services industry
* AutoCAD experience
* Clear communicator and able to take a coordinating role on MEP side of things
* Able to commute to office daily
* Motivated by opportunities for continuous development and progression
