Warehouse Team Leader – Night Shift

Milton Keynes (Blakelands & Magna Park)

£16.08 – 22:00 – 06:00

ACS are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the largest companies in the retail industry. They are looking for driven & enthusiastic Team Leaders across their two Milton Keynes sites.

Working closely with the Shift Managers, you will be an ambassador of engagement, supporting the attendance, performance, and experiences of the agency teams on site. Operationally, as part of the team you will role model outstanding service to customers through the operating areas of the distribution process.

You will be engaging and motivating the teams through:

Participating in shift catch ups and assessing the plans for the day, to work towards forecast and goals.
Monitoring and managing daily achievements of the team – in line with weekly plans and expectations.
Addressing and recognising individual staff performances.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently
Monitoring general time management, productivity, and efficiency within the distribution centre.
Engaging and building relationships with peers to motivate and lead the team.
Ensuring that deadlines are met with attention to detail.
Understand the agency colleague experience, by conducting surveys and collating feedback
