Centric Talent are delighted to be recruiting for Fluent Speaking German Customer Service advisors to join our clients Fraud Analyst team based in Milton Keynes.

Role: German speaking Fraud Analyst 
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £26,000 per year
Hours of work: 10am – 7pm Mon-Fri and every 3rd Saturday (40 hours a week)

About the role:

Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system.
Analyses several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history.
Contact customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.
Respond to 25 or plus account inquiries per hour
Assist with the completion of the lost/stolen report, such as block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
Build the credit card replacement orders and completes shipping materials.
Develop an excellent knowledge to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.
Skills and Experience

6 months customer service experience who ideally within a contact centre environment
Excellent IT skills, with an eye for detail
Fluent verbally and written German language skills.
Ability to demonstrate putting customers first
Motivational, inspirational, and results driven with a passion to succeed.
