A growing insurance property claims management company, who continue to show impressive year on year growth, now have a super opportunity for someone to join them within the Supply Chain area of the business as a Quality & Resolver Officer.
They are keen to speak to you if you have a strong background in customer service, and have dealt with complaints handling. Insurance experience would also be a distinct advantage, though not essential.
Based working in the Quality and Supply chain team. The Quality and Supply Chain team are responsible for all liabilities that come into the business, this could be anything from a broken tile to a £100k recovery. They also carry out a lot of the internal audits within the team too, so most things that are quality focused, they manage! The main role you would be carrying out would be around complaint management and liabilities, which requires a lot of investigation and attention to detail.
You will be required to support the Resolver/Quality team to co-ordinate the resolution of complaints by acting as the liaison between customers, suppliers, the Control Centre, clients and any other parties and through direct involvement in high level cases, reduce the duration of open complaints and maintain this duration below the agreed targets. You will also work on helping mitigate the company’s liability, as well as being responsible for building external relationships with clients and enhance their confidence in the firm’s ability to deal with complaints effectively and positively
As above, to be considered you will need to possess extensive customer services experience, including complaint handling experience. Someone with an insurance background would be highly desirable, yet not essential. Skills that are also sought are a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a confident telephone manner with the patience to solve problems!
In return there is a competitive salary depending on experience, circa £23-26k.
