My client who is a leader within the Social Housing industry has a key requirement for a Multi Skilled Operative with Carpentry as a core trade to work in and around Milton Keynes.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter you will:

* Undertake planned and reactive remedial carpenter work with respect to all the trades, plastering, painting, dry lining etc.
* Undertake any inspections of issues as required.
* Regular customer liaison with customers in their homes.
* Ability to remain calm and collected when faced with difficult customers, and situations, so a high level of personal integrity and     respect for others is essential.
* Plan and carry out work in a safe, cost effective manner.
* Ensure that Health and Safety is followed and site regulations are adhered to

Skills and Qualifications:

* Carpentry qualifications
* Previous multi skilled tradesperson experience
* Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative
* Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles.
* Great Interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.
* Face to face customer services experience
* Works well under pressure/in a fast-moving environment

Looking for both self employed and temp to perm
Self Employed: payifn 18 – 20 ph 
Salary: This is a temp to perm role £28,000 – £35,000 + Van + fuel card
