Maintenance Manager to step up to Engineering Manager in Buckinghamshire – great opportunity in the area for a fantastic career with a leading international manufacturer that has a friendly and supportive set up. Duties

To manage and carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.

Manage engineering and facilities
Overall budget control
Drive scheduled maintenance across facilities and maintenance
Put new processes in place
Drive continuous improvement
Monitor KPI's
Manage stakeholders
Cost saving strategies
