We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Support Assistant to join our FM Services team. This role is a mobile role in Bedfordshire & Milton Keynes but will be based at Stony Medical Centre, Market Square, Stony Stratford MK11 1YA. The salary on offer is between £19,200 and £27,734 pro rata. The working hours will be between 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Job Requirements
The role of the Facilities Support Assistant is to provide support and enable the Facilities Services Functions to operate effectively within NHS Property Services premises. This will be delivered in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in work schedules.
The role requires you have experience of managing day to administration within Facilities and support with the management of soft services teams and to support other areas of department as required.
The key areas of focus will be as follows, Tenant Liaison, Customer Services, Performance Management, Customer Satisfaction, Efficiency, Data Accuracy, Vision and Values.
Please note, due to the nature of this role, a driving licence is essential.
