Newstaff Employment are looking to recruit a Quality and Operational Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients based in Milton Keynes.

Description:

Dealing with compliance of the depot as set out in the Company Procedure Guide
Ensuring Staff and vehicles are fully compliant through Audits
Support and assist the GM via the operations and Customer service team
Liaising with external and internal departments
Training and implementing new Health and safety regulations
Requirements:

IT Literate
Experienced in Auditing/Compliance
Proven track record of leading a team
Must be flexible with hours – normal working: 09:00-18:30 – 1hr unpaid lunch / Monday-Friday
Excellent communication skills and good level of English
This position is temp-perm for the right candidate
Salary: £12.99ph (£25k per annum)
