Site Manager – Cover contract

Monday 2nd August 21 – Friday 6th August 21

Site-based in Wavendon

£260 per day CIS Self Employed/PAYE

We are looking for a Site Manager to cover a residential new build project in Wavendon for one week. This is a traditional build housing project with 340 units being constructed in phases.

Required:

* Previous site management experience on large volume housing schemes.

* Knowledge of I.T. packages such as Microsoft Office.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to organise various trades packages on a daily basis.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
