We are seeking experienced, successful individual to fulfil our Account Coordinator role on an established contract with extensive growth opportunities:
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Reporting to: Account Manager
Position Type: Full Time 08:00 to 17:00 Thursday to Monday
Job Description
To organise the client planning tool by booking drivers for ongoing requirements. This will involve consistently communicating with drivers planning their start times (daily and weekly), also updating them with changes and developments.
You will be the primary contact for daily communications for all client requirements.
Working closely with the client to maintain a fantastic relationship and managing expectations.
Consistently recruit suitable candidates for their roles.
Data Entry via our CRM system- this will involve management & administration of our in-house booking system.
Keeping in-line with and adhering to business compliance procedures and policies.
Completion of client billing and payroll tasks, ensuring payroll is completed in line with deadlines set by the finance department.
On call and out of service will be required
Required Skills
Previous transport and logistics background is preferable
Excellent people skills
Good telephone manner essential
Excellent Customer Service skills combined with high service level ethic
Ability to work as part of a team or independently
Self-confidence to enable competent interaction with staff and customers
Make decisions and be decisive
Must be able to work in a pressurised environment
Self-motivated and results driven
Ability to work effectively and prioritise work to meet deadlines
We're looking for individuals to take full autonomy of the overall service delivery to our existing clients, whilst being able to support their teams, adding to a busy but vibrant environment.
Previous recruitment experience, transport knowledge and driving licence is preferable.
