Stock Controller / Purchaser / Buyer
Our client is one the UK’s leading telecommunications specialists, they are looking for hard working and highly organised individuals, to work within their busy Stock Control / Purchasing department.
Excellent administration, accuracy and attention to detail skills required.
Duties Will Include:
* Ordering stock from suppliers.
* Negotiating the best prices in the market
* Booking stock in/out of CRM.
* Ordering stock via the sales orders on CRM.
* Checking future stock requirements and making sure orders are place in time.
* Monitoring stock and making sure we have sufficient levels for future requirements.
* Dealing with couriers and chasing up suppliers as required.
* Procurement and sourcing products at short notice.
* Weekly stock check to ensure accuracies of stock levels.
Essential Candidate Skills:
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Accurate data entry skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Good telephone manner.
* Aptitude for following/adhering to procedures.
* Numerate and PC literate.
