Client Service Administrator
6 Month Contract
£22,200 per annum, £11.40 per hour
Our prestigious client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join their customer operations team. You will act as the first customer touchpoint. You will be responsible for both inbound/outbound calls, along with high volumes of email communications too. You will need to be highly organised, good with figures and systems and always look to provide a professional service.
Responsibilities
Supporting a set of key accounts dealing with queries relating to invoices and credits
Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments to understand and resolve queries
Raising credits and supplementary invoices where required
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Requirements
Must be confident on the phone and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service by taking ownership of the customers concerns.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and confident on using computer systems
Numerate, Maths GCSE C or above
Good at problem solvingRole advertised: 28th July 2021
