About the role:
As our Technical Trainer, you will develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. You will maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance, and will provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. You’ll also evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved, follow up to ensure continuous improvement, and proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.
Main responsibilities of our Technical Trainer:
– Delivering a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation
– Tailoring content based on individual customer needs, as directed and occasionally assisting with simple design projects
– Providing basic cross?training and support for colleagues
– Contributing to on?site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products
– Accompanying/supporting higher-level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.
What we are looking for in our Technical Trainer:
– 2 years relevant experience
– A bachelor’s degree (additional experience in lieu of this will be accepted)
– Training design and delivery experience in a Financial Services Contact Centre
