My Client is a large Housing developer well respected within the industry.
They are looking for a Site Manager to run one of their large sites.
Residential experience is vital as it is traditional build.
You will be respoinsible to the ASM as well as instructing trades on their day responsibilities.
Also maintaining health and safety on site and the organisation of all materials in and out of the site.
