Butler Ross have an excellent Buyer opportunity to join an innovative distribution company based in Bedford.

This purchasing role would be well suited to a buyer, junior buyer, purchasing assistant, purchasing coordinator, purchasing graduate, procurement assistant, or purchasing specialist

This role will be working closely with both the internal and external sales teams to effectively manage orders and quotations. This role is instrumental to the development of a new and exciting category, you will be working directly with this specialised category, so any direct category experience would be advantageous.

Driven and hardworking, progression and development will be offered.Professional Specification of the Buyer:

Strong excel skills, able to enter and manipulate data with speed yet effectively.
2-3 years of procurement experience.
Strong educational background, a degree or CIPS would be ideal.
Experience working within a fast paced environment, this could be retail, FMCG or manufacturing.
As stated above, any direct category experience would be advantageous.Salary: £26,000 – £28,000, depending on experience.
