HSEQ Manager – National Role – Mulitple Construction Projects UK Wide
*Good 'Central Home location' close to major motorway access required*
Are you looking to work for an expanding multi-disciplinary main contractor who always go the extra mile for their clients? Due to business growth my client has an exciting NEW opening for a dedicated HSEQ Manager to undertake a national role across their sites.
Essentially you must possess excellent client facing skills and have a strong ‘can-do’ approach. Whilst proactively supporting the continued drive of a positive safety culture you must have strong knowledge of health and safety knowledge and the ability to bring new and fresh ideas.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of complex and large scale industrial / warehouse / logistics construction build projects – steel frame.
Ideally you will have worked across projects that also incorporated cladding, fit-out and M&E.
Essential requirements
* Nebosh Construction and Nebosh General and/or NCRQ equivalent
* GradIOSH / Tech IOSH membership level
* Proven experience of complex large scale steel frame projects.
* Experience of working with a principal contractor
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Collaborative with strong engagement skills with site teams at all levels
* Strong customer facing skills
* Engaging and able to influence, coach, guide and motivate
* Good Central Home location close to major motorways
Desirable Requirement
* Behavioural Safety Programme Coaching experience
* Proactive employee Wellbeing development experience
* Fit-out, M&E, Cladding experience
