The Role:

We are looking to attract Assistant Managers – they like branded and independent experience. Their sites generally don’t have offices, they love their team to be on the floor and in amongst their guests – old school hospitality. You really must be humble and want to work for the greater good of your team with a huge respect for the Kitchen and the wonderful food they cook. Strong delivery arm of the busines, so an understanding of this would be wonderful. Most of all you need to be open minded – they are independent, they don’t need rescuing, but they need people who are willing to work to their beat.

What are we looking for from the Assistant Manager?

Experience in quality independent/branded restaurants
Solid AM experience and can stand on their own two feet
Ability to run a site from a 360 perspective
Love people – your team, your guests
Creating experiences
Constant training and development of your team
