As the Danish speaking Customer Service Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

* Manage a portfolio of clients, meeting their needs

* Dealing with a wide range of customer queries where every day is different

* Some flexibility of hours is necessary to accommodate time differences

The experience required…

As a successful Danish speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:

* Minimum 2 years' customer service experience on a business to business basis

* Fluent written and spoken Danish and English

* Client focus and commercial awareness

* Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

* Working from home but close enough to commute to Milton Keynes

Salary:£28-30k

Location: Milton Keynes with some remote working
Type of Contract: 12 month contract initially
Hours:37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
