SMART CJS Milton Keynes is looking for a dynamic and caring Service Manager to oversee the team and excellent service provided at Norman Russell House for former rough sleepers and those finding themselves homeless. Part of a package of innovative rough sleeper solutions developed by MK Council, you will be leading a team dedicated to supporting individuals onto that next step in their lives in a hugely rewarding role.

Job title: Service Manager.

Location: Milton Keynes

Term: Permanent.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £40,708.00 per annum (FTE).

Reporting to: Area Manager Homelessness and Fundraised Services.

Key internal relations: Managers, employees and volunteers.

Key external relations: Commissioners, sub-contractors, service users, partner agencies, local community businesses, groups and funders.
