This is a really exciting and varied role, working at the Head Office for a big global business and part of a friendly, collaborative team.
If you have been working as an Administrator and had responsibilities around HR, Reception, Facilities, Accounts etc. then this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be supporting various departments around the business with everything to travel bookings through to invoicing, covering reception to organising contractors.
This role requires excellent I.T / systems skills such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and confident communication skills by phone, email, face-to-face.
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £18-22,000 depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), pension, private healthcare cover, life assurance cover
Hours: Full time, Permanent – Monday to Friday office hours
This job is ideal for an experienced Administrator who is highly organised and able to multi-task, also diligent and accurate as you will be enabling the smooth running of the office.
It's important that you are confident and friendly, as you will be answering phone and email queries, providing reception cover, minute taking at meetings, etc.
