A leading award winning privately owned and boutique specialist recruitment agency currently have key requirement for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As the successful applicant you will learn everything you need to eventually be able to set up and run your own recruitment business and / or be a very successful billing consultant.

As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be provided with on-going training and development to help you become a highly trained sales professional. As a corporate member of the REC you will learn best practices as well as techniques to maximise earnings.

As the successful trainee sales person, recruitment consultant you will build upon a contracting desk with clients in Utilities, Gas, and Engineering to provide them with on-going needs for contractors. Develop new clients and build long term supplier relationships.

You will work in a small friendly environment and will grow with the company be given the opportunity to move into management where you will learn skills on management and leadership.

£18k – £25k basic (negotiable) realistic OTE of £40k – £100k
