Assistant Engineer Required – Top 20 Main Contractor – Up to £35K Basic + Package

Invision are currently representing an excellent main contractor who are turning over circa £600m. They have a very strong work pipeline and are a specialist in Steel Frame schemes across the Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. My client are looking for an excellent up and coming engineer to join their team. They are willing to put the role holder through college/degree sponsorship on a day release basis and give them on the job training.

500,000 Sq. ft Industrial Warehouse – £50 million

With guidance from a Senior Engineer we are looking for a trainee who can get actively out in the field responsible for Setting out using the latest robotic equipment, being involved in QA, Concrete testing and giving dig levels for excavation on ground works such as drainage. Construction of a 400,000 Sq Ft single storey warehouse/production unit. External site works are to include hardstanding’s for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal frame having a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m and alternate valley columns, internal concrete floor slab.

This role would suit a postgraduate with a degree In Civil or Structural engineering degree looking to become established with a top main contractor
