We are supporting a global company with offices based in Milton Keynes where they overlook a beautiful lake. They are looking for an Assistant Sales/Leads Coordinator to support the sales & marketing function, following up incoming leads from the Marketing Department.
The main function of this role is to qualify & contact incoming leads from the Marketing Department (generated from their Website, CRM system, Email, Seo & Social Media) then allocating the customer/account to 1 of 15 Area Managers. Please note this is an office based role only.
The Role:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Qualifying incoming leads via email & phone
Generating customer quotes where needed from Marketing leads
Creating orders from Marketing leads
Passing on qualified leads to relevant Area Manager
Keeping the CRM accurate and up-to-date
The Candidate:
Good IT skills are essential (Microsoft Office, outlook & Excel)
Working knowledge of a CRM system is essential
Strong time management skills, ability to multi task
Excellent communication skills & telephone skills
