Job Description
To create and manage bookings for inbound loads and providing support to the goods in operation.
Main Responsibilities of a Stock Administratior
* Manage the inbound bookings diary for all clients
* Daily goods in and storage reporting
* Supporting the Goods In Administrator
* Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
* Creation & modification of pre-advice documents for inbound loads
* Supporting colleagues throughout the network
* Filing general admin paperwork
* Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
* Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
* Compilation of Goods In statistics
* Other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* PC literate and experience in MS Excel
* Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
* Pro-active and adaptable approach
* Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative
* Conscientious and reliable
* Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
* Excellent customer service skills
* Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
